She's a super-competent and caring physician; she really does take time to explain -- and she does it with intelligence. She's among the few who never ever talks down to her patients. We're adults, and she treats us that way: with respect and full communication. Outstanding in so many ways!

I love Dr. Chaekal. She cares so much about her patients. And she saved my life. She is very positive. And when I was down, she was encouraging. I have been around many doctors. And she stands out. She is super brilliant, skilled, and competent. She has the kind of instinct that is special. She is not robotic about medicine. I can't say enough. But I love Dr. Chaekal. If it weren't for her care and instinct, she would not have caught cancer trying to creep up on me. I'm two years free!!

I arrived at the office at 10:50am for an appointment at 11am. It's now 11:53am and I am still waiting. After waiting for 45 mins, I decided to ask for help. The staff said that she is at the main hospital and sometimes it runs over. The staff called the doctor , and she finally arrived at 11:48am, but she has 2 other people waiting here longer than I did. Is this normal to make patients who book appointments to wait for over an hour ? Not impressed with the quality of service.

Dr. Chaekal has been helping me deal with beating cancer and receiving treatments and I feel very comfortable that she is doing an excellent job. She is caring, patient and explains everything. The entire staff is helpful and courteous. Only problem is the wait time but I cannot really complain about this because she does what very few doctors do...she spends time with her patients!
