I felt that Dr Armstrong does not prioritize patient care, and that the quality of my care was compromised. Labs and blood work were not ordered in a timely way, with major repercussions. Front office staff lost faxes and paperwork both times communication with another office was necessary. Totally unapologetic. It is also very hard to get calls through to the office, and to schedule appointments on the appropriate medical timetable. Despite being a high risk patient, they cancelled my initial visit (which I had scheduled a month in advance)after I had arrived when they discovered they couldn’t find my records, faxed weeks prior by my out of state dr, and insisted that I could not be seenuntil I would be in my 2nd trimester bc they were too busy. I felt that they did not care about my medical care or that of my unborn baby. I would never feel safe with his oversight and did not see him again.

Dr Armstrong is the best out there if you suffer from fabroids. I went to him after an upset from a physician I chose based on some factors, one being a woman ob/Gyn. She was nice but couldn’t help me decide on treatment. Dr Armstrong made me understand things about my disease & helped me understand the pros and cons. I knew I was in good hands immediately. I am doing great after surgery and I feel like I am a new woman now! I highly recommend him to anyone suffering from liomyomata!

Dr. Norman Armstrong is a phenomenal doctor!! He is personable, kind, attentive, and generous with his time. His expertise is without question; he is brilliant!! He spends the necessary time to answer all of your questions so that you understand the procedure/surgery. His staff is wonderful and never treat you like just a patient; they care about each person individually and even the family members who come to appointments with you. I recommend Dr. Armstrong VERY Highly. He Is Awesome!!!
