Betrayed
I was a patient with her for over over 15 years. Found out today when trying to make an appointment that she's only seeing patients if they pay an extra 2000 dollars yearly, on top of copays. This is because she wants to see less patients, but still make the same amount of money. The healthcare system in this country leaves a lot to be desired... I should not have to shell out thousands of dollars for a routine yearly checkup. This is NOT ethical, and I hope she loses each and every patient she has. Thanks for nothing, Dr. Patel. Good to know you don't care about your patients unless they have enough money to be worth your time. What a disappointment. I've been seeing you since I was 14 years old and I really thought you were better than this. We live in a nation where being healthy is a privilege for the affluent, and that is truly a shame. I hope you feel that shame EVERY day. You deserve it.

Very happy with Dr. Patel
I am very surprised by the 1 and 2 star ratings and comments. I have never experienced any of the things in those reviews. I am an older, post-menopausal patient who previously had and survived female cancer. Once my gynecological oncologist retired, that practice stopped being willing to see me as I had no recurrence for many years. After several tries with other doctors, I found Dr. Patel and have been seeing her for many years now.

Horrible staff and rude doctor
Dr. Patel asked me if my marriage was arranged which I did not understand!! What does this question have anything to do with my care?? She also asked if my designer bag was real... is she for real? Needless to say, I will not be going back to see her again and neither should you!! smh.

Terrible communication
I went to my appointment this afternoon and was told that I couldn't bring my 6 year old daughter in with me. They informed that no children are allowed in. I asked why no one had told me when I called, not once, but twice, for appointment. She then said the policy was on the door. I then said that when I call I cannot see the policy on the door! I had to leave and not only that I lost my obgyn and now have to find another. I also homeschool so I have no other way to have my children watched.

Felt Invalidated
I really did not have a good experience with Dr. Patel. I felt quite invalidated when talking about my birth control concerns. She pushes the idea of having children and that made me feel quite uncomfortable especially when I wasn’t coming to her for that. My appointment did not feel rushed at all but I really would never come back here.

I wish i could give them zero star, lots of extra charge, unnecessary tests. I called few time now clear answer. Asked for manager, she is not there anytime i called (more than five times). after few weeks i called again finally someone picked up the phone with thick strange accent which was hard to understand, said she is office manager (Sarah) . She said this is what you have to pay, do you want to pay over the phone? and i said no this is not right charge, she raised her voice one me and faced me attitude which is very rude and unprofessional, did not clear what is the charge for. I ended up with 650$ overcharged. I suggest you to stay away from this practice!

Dr. Patel is simply amazing. She just helped me deliver my son this past week and has been nothing but wonderful in her care for me throughout my entire pregnancy. She responds quickly to questions, is caring and has an amazing staff both at her office and at the hospital. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr.Manisha patel is very rude and does not have patience and does not connect with her patients. Never ever go to her. Keen on getting more money from patients and does not care to explain if particular tests are really mandatory or not. If you really need a doctor who is caring enough she is not one for you. Regret going to her.She has no manners.Does not spend enough time with patients. DONT EVER GO TO HER

Dr. Patel has been my gynecologist for several years now. She is one of only two doctors I have with whom I have complete trust. I had a hysterectomy with her less than two months ago, due to severe bleeding issues and extreme pain. Dr. Patel did an incredible job. I had NO post-operative pain whatsoever, and in fact, I felt better the morning after surgery than I did the week before. Prior to deciding on surgery, she worked with me through all other options before deciding on a hysterectomy.

Words can't express how grateful I am to Dr Patel and the staff at Phys for OBGyn. Through a stressful pregnancy due to previous miscarriages, they were there every step of the way & never made me feel that I had too many questions/concerns or that any of them were unimportant. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Patel. She made me feel so informed and comforted throughout my pregnancy and especially during labor/delivery. I couldn't ask for a better Doctor, nurses, and staff to care for me
