Waste of time and money
Both times, a year or so apart, they were over 30 minutes late in seeing me. The tech was unprofessional, and there was no acknowledgement of tardiness when the doctor walked in. You pay for parking at their facility and they don't validate, so the more of your time they waste making you wait, the more money you end up spending to use their lot. They have no bathrooms in their suite, and don't even ask if you need to use it before you get totally naked for your exam. I will not be returning and I am exceptionally disappointed that after giving this practice a second chance, they disrespected me in the exact same way they had the first time. Don't bother spending your out of pocket money here.

Happy new patient
I had to change doctors since I got new insurance and I’m glad I did. My previous dermatologist was so focused on cosmetics and appearance, yet at the same time oddly impersonal. I like that Dr. Patel is assured and confident without being egotistical. She did a quick thorough skin check, recorded any miles to keep an eye on, assured me about spots that weren’t of concern, then asked if I had any further questions. I’m happy to be a new patient.
