Dr. Sherri Faad, MD

I’m new to being her patient and I’ve seen her a handful of times to treat something somewhat minor. Dr Peace is always professional, down to earth and friendly. I enjoy seeing her and she fixes me right up for 6 weeks with pride she takes at her job. The staff is also lovely too.

I went in today around 9 AM. I had to get on the bus from downtown LA all the way to Westchester, which took about 2hrs just for Dr. Peace to take a picture of my face and rudely leave me in the back room by myself, not even telling me how to get out, and was very confrontational about my questions and concerns. this was the worst doctors appointment I’ve had in my 26 years of living

The clinic staff and Dr Peace professionalism made me and my daughter feel comfortable throughout the process. She was respectful, honest, excellent manners, kind and took the time needed to prepare my daughter for the process. The results were exceptional, with minimal discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Smith for anyone seeking effective and safe hair removal treatments.

I was misdiagnosed. I was then offered a free facial to treat my scarring, then Dr. Peace's office sent me an invoice for $90.81 for the 15 minute service that she said would be free. Her management and billing team is unwilling to waive or cancel the charge or provide me with any solution to remove this $90.81 charge. I also had 8am appointments each time and each time had to wait until 8:15am for someone to unlock the door. This team is unprofessional and not solution driving, no customer service. And I'm still dealing with my skin issue.

First time at this dermatologist. Was very pleased with diagnosis of three conditions. Very caring team. Will be returning as needed. Thank you.

Dr Peace took care of things that past dermatologists said they did, but did not. Her procedures are awesome! She is a very nice person! Highly recommend her, and her staff is just as awesome!

Dr. Peace is kind, concerned and knowledgeable. She is busy, so you may have to wait for an appointment or in her office, but she will spend as much time with you as you need. My husband and I both see her and trust she will help us.

Waited over an hour with absolutely no apology! Rude and too busy to be on time. Avoid!
