Tortured me post surgery and now I limp, can’t r…
This Doctor knows nothing about pain management. I had my knee replaced and awoke screaming. I was given IV pain meds and was knocked out again. This happened 3 times, until closing time. I was refusing to leave, still in extreme pain. We went through a horrible recovery process. My knee is a mess but I’m too afraid to go back to surgery. I could never go through that again. I had spinal fusion twice and live with 6 rods in my back. I was a patient of Dr. Bederman and he knew how to deal with my pain. I would have 10 spinal fusion’s before I’d have this torturer touch me again. Now I have cancer and I’m scared to death I’ll find another doctor like this man. Think twice if you have a low tolerance to pain meds.

Unprofessional
I had the worst experience ever. Doctor informed me I would be having surgery 5-16-23 - He lied . Never had the intention of performing surgery . Why would a professional doctor give you a surgery date - then have his help Mindy Singh rudely brush me off the phone when I would call and try to get my surgery instructions. She herself extremely rude - after speaking to the Dr Nirav Amin this morning and have him lie thru his teeth about why he can’t have the surgery on the date he said - tell me not a good idea to have surgery for another 3 months . I guess that’s the diplomatic way of saying I do not want to perform your surgery- after telling me it’s not his fault I choose Cigna as my insurance carrier that they intentionally deny all claims and don’t cover certain things . Here is my issue I can barely walk I need knee a replacement. Why string me along with lies .

Dr. Amin takes the time to listen and hear out his patients. He never gives up or says he doesn’t know what to do next, but rather he goes out there to find a new way of treatment and take his times when it comes to making a decision for what is next. He really involves his patients in the care plan.

Dr. Amin is a very skilled and caring surgeon. From the first time we looked at my knee x-rays he wanted to help me regain my active lifestyle. He did tell me that I would have to do my share of recovery. Which was exactly what I needed to push myself. I am at the three month mark, have completed my P.T. to the point of 121 and getting back to my active lifestyle. My operation/ recovery was a team effort. His skills- my will.

I came to Dr. Amin with major injuries from a skydiving accident. He walked me through the knee and hip injuries and followed up on both. He is a fantastic Dr that really cares about the patient. I made a quick recovery given my injury and I believe Dr. Amin is the reason that happened. Best Dr. I have ever had.

I was able to get a quick appointment and he was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. The surgery went very smoothly and now I am on my way to recovery.
