this office just doesn't care, although it first they can smile at you and show a moderate amount of patience. This reviewer has a disabling chronic condition and is in constant pain. Was never sent any medication I needed as promised and was treated like I didn't have a voice. they also expected me to do physical therapy with no medication whatsoever, for chronic pain and substantial inflammation. how smart is that? keep trying to get another opinion. the office staff can be nice, which is boon to some people, who expect to be mistreated by the medical system, but they don't return voicemails and if you have an urgent concern they give silence. I just don't recommend this place, there's too much misinformation then the doctor is gone from the office.one of the worst doctors we've ever been to. we got no care there. we have to go back to urgent care. can't wait to see what the bill is from this place it's unfathomable why it says physical therapy on the business banner when they don't even have it there nor can refer you to anyone. really had higher hopes from this office.

The doctor is okay. They won't let you use your phone while waiting though. They even come in and check on you. With orthos, there is always a wait, why can't we silently use my phone to help me keep my mind off my pain? The worst part is his office staff. I gave them information 4 weeks before my surgery that I needed answers to. I called weekly at first, then the third week, I called daily. Almost had to have my surgery rescheduled because the office manager was such a b*tch when I called her on it. I will never go back. The only nice one was Christian at the front desk. He was always willing to help, but was at the mercy of the office manager, who doesn't seem to have any training on managing at all. I worked in the medical field most of my life. That kind of treatment really takes a toll on you because you are already in pain and she could care less about doing her job or getting others to do their jobs. And she flat out lied to me to my face, then tried to deny it!

Absolutely would recommend him to everyone I know. I had a complete hip replacement. I had xrays middle of november and had surgery first week of December. It took longer to receive insurance approval then to schedule surgery. He is very thorough and explains in a manner than can be understood. Office staff very professional. I never thought I could be this pain free!!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!!

I have a very positive experience with Dr. Raja Dhalla. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me cortisone shots and physical therapy for my neck and shoulder pain before resorting to surgery. I am happy with the outcome. His back office staff made me feel very special and at ease.

This Dr. and his staff made a mountain out of a mole hill. I had rotator cuff surgery and was prescribed TYLENOL 3. I was in more pain than that could handle. Next day I called and asked for something stronger. My insurance kicked it back because of an interaction with the Ty 3 and that Dr Dhalla would have to sign an override before they could fill that prescription. Dr Dhalla REFUSED to sign it. EXTREMELY BAD PATIENT CARE. 3 days since surgery and I'm still fighting with him and his staff

Dr. Dhalla is GREAT, his staff however leaves something to be desired. I needed my SDI paperwork filled out and they charged $35 and said it would be ready in 5 to 7 days (already a little too long, REASONABLE time would be 3 to 5 days) anyway, today is day 9 and it still isn't ready. When you pay for a service, is it too much to ask to have it completed in a REASONABLE amount of time??? How would they feel if they took in their car for an oil change and got the car back 2 days later?
