What other people have said is spot on with this doctor. I caved in and went to the ER because the pain finally got to me. Kress only ordered one test that would take at least 20 minutes to get results but immediately discharged me after. I asked about other causes and she told me that she didn't see the need to explore those options, but put in my patient portal notes that she thought one of the things I said was the problem and I needed to follow up with my doctor. She also accused me of se

Terrible! My son was told by a nurse at the spine clinic to go to the ER because he was unable to move his toes on his left foot and has 2 days before he can be seen at the spine center. The inability to move his toes isn’t even mentioned in the report and she reported he has no numbness or tingling which he’s had for a month. That combined with lack of sensation and strength is why they did the MRI in the first place. Either she’s terrible at exams or just doesn’t care. Very snarky addendum.

Absolutely the worst doctor I have ever encountered in my life! She only evaluated me for approximately 5 minutes during the 2 hours I was in the ER. Then I read my ER visit notes that she had written, and she couldn’t have messed it up worse. She wrote down lies about stuff I said, and at one point wrote that I was a she instead of a he! When I went to medical records to get it changed she denied it. I will never ever see her as a doctor again! She is truly embarrassing to the hospital.

Avoid this doctor. She did quite a few things that were unprofessional, but the one that tops the list is lying on her note about my father's ER visit saying he refused a cardiology consult when my family was asking for cardiac tests that she refused to order. Had they been truly offered a cardiac consult, they would have jumped on it!
