Rudeness, no patient care, very disrespectful, not just me but the others who came behind me.

Could not believe it could be this bad
Had an appointment I waited 4 months for and when I showed up they said they rescheduled me an additional 3 1/2 months out and had notified me of the change (they had not and I went back and rechecked everything just in case). I am diabetic and have not had labs done and now am running out of my prescription medications because I thought I would have a new primary care doctor. I got nothing but a run around, people telling me I was lucky it was only an additional 3 1/2 months and not longer... and promises to call me back which never happened. I am still stunned at the complete lack of care this Dr.'s office showed and would not believe that it could be this bad if it hadn't actually happened to me. Do NOT recommend this MD. at all or Palm medical centers in general.

Outstanding doctor that really cares for the wellbeing of her patients. She is no longer working for Jay nor Palm care. If anyone knows where she’s working presently please send me the address.

Thank god she was transferred to the Davenport office. She is extremely thorough. She called me last night with her concerns. Truly love her dedication to her patient
