Excellent Doctor, Excellent Listener, Excellent, Caring, Kind, Professional!!!!

Ok the doctor can look at your test and see if you have problems or not.Only you know what is not feeling right. if you don't talk to him and let him know how you feel, or ask him what the tests mean, then that's on you. I like this guy, he will talk to you and tell you what's going on and what the test mean, and what to do to fix your problems.

Office staff are consistently rude and dismissive. Midence is forgetful so the patient needs to follow up on everything.

We scheduled an appointment online last week. Three hours before the appointment we received a phone call stating that the doctor wasn’t accepting new patients even though the website clearly stated that he was.

My only gripe about coming here is that getting through on the phone is a big pain. Hard to get anyone to answer the phones. After trying for three days to get through, I finally scheduled an appointment online, but still have to try and get through to cancel an existing appointment. Please, please hire extra help for the phones.

Dr. Midence will listen with full attention to your concerns. He always explains your lab results in detail; that you can understand. Office staff is generally friendly. Christina (at check out) is the BEST at explaining your visit results and what the next steps are regarding possible lab work or your follow up appointments. The "new" Heidi is more pleasant and friendlier than the previous Heidi. (Easy for patients...did not have to learn and remember a new name.) Dr. Midence is the best if you want a doctor that cares about his patients. I'm grateful for the attention, patience and care he gave my husband towards the end and the support he gave me as a caregiver.

Ok, he seemed preoccupied, staff seem very knowledgeable, but not nice; snappy edgy: office is loud, very loud: not kind. I was not welcome, felt more like a bother

Dr Mindence is the BEST Dr. in Sebring. I do not like or trust Dr., most are just there to rake in the money, they don't seem care a hoot about you. BUT DR. MIDENCE IS SO DIFFERENT You can tell he cares about his patients. H e does not overbook so that he runs late and you are left DDsitting there forever. Dr. Midence is the ONLY Dr. I trusrt Thank you Dr. for being there for us, your patients.

Tried very hard to have Dr Midenci finally opted for his PA James Ruch. Dr Midenci is well thought of and busy. Well though afterwards was so taken with this fantastic caring PA James ending up feeling I had the cream of the crop. Was very sorry to see him go and move away. Where ever he goes he will make a good name for himself . He had total recall, was kind caring and was great in Doctoring. Vicky is the sweetest with her front desk and overall know how. Nurse Cindy is also sweet n wonderful cares n puts you at ease. Overall Great Doctoring friendly Clinic. Meds referrals appts all come promptly. Was sad to have James go but he has left me with another wonderful Dr. ever so grateful For now I have another Great good caring Doctor, John Yannucci They are all part of the same Fantastic Specialty Group. The office was pleasant and Dr. Midence and the staff seemed very knowledgeable. I was there for a routine medical checkup. He did some hands on body thumping. We discussed over the counter pills I am taking. He is sending me for blood work, as I expected.

Phone visit for updating any changes, additions to meds, etc

I was very happy with the personal attention the Doctor gave me. Nurses and staff were courteous and professional. Only difficulty is getting through on the phone. Once I did get through staff was very helpful.

Dr. Midence has been my primary physician for many years. He always takes time to explain all issues and answer all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Midence to all. His staff is very kind and considerate.

I did not have a long waiting period. Dr. Midence is friendly, competent, easy to understand, he listens to what I have to say. I am very pleased with his office staff and Dr. Midence. I would recommend him highly to anyone who need a good and friendly doctor.
