Very poor bedside manner
The doctor does not pay sufficient attention to the needs of the patients and it is quite challenging to schedule an appointment with her. Additionally, communicating with her is quite difficult. She displays a cold and indifferent demeanor. It seems that she does not take her job seriously and fails to acknowledge the symptoms you may be experiencing. Her work ethics are highly questionable, and it would be advisable for her to consider a different career path as this one does not seem suitable for her. Entrusting your life to such an incompetent individual is a matter of concern. On a positive note, her staff is friendly. However, I would strongly advise against selecting her as your doctor.

I have been a patient at Heritage Medical, same office, for over 20 years. I transitioned to Nicole Baggott when my original PC doctor left. I’ve seen her for about five years. Over those years she has shown only surface level interest in anything I’ve brought up, actually laughed at one concern, refused a blood test for an A1C test unless I waited six weeks for an appointment with her first ( I ended up going to CVS and got one same day) - to name a few things that bothered me. My daughter was also a patient and when she called to ask for a referral for a specialist for a sleep issue, she was refused unless and until she came to see her first. Again she didn’t have an available time for weeks. My daughter immediately left and found a very caring doctor. I’m doing the same. Nicole’s style seems very distant and uninterested - just going through the motions but no real caring behind it. After reading reviews here, I’m sorry I didn’t look for better care sooner.

Fine as long as you are healthy
I have been a patient of Dr. Baggott’s for over ten years with relatively few visits and issues. After an acute pain appointment and asking for her to look deeper into the issue, she went silent, deleted a health portal message that I had sent and had her secretary call to inform me that they would mail my radiology reports. She never addressed my concerns. Dr. Baggott overlooked a serious diagnosis on a radiology report that was sent to her office. If I had not gone to an ER, my condition would never have been diagnosed, putting me in a life-threatening position. I plan to report this incident.

Lazy, cold if I could give 0 stars I would
I’ve been a patient of hers for years, she doesn’t listen, she gets flat out rude when you ask questions. Don’t waste your time. She needs another job. I came to her because I was dealing with some pretty bad stuff, anxiety depression etc. she referred me to her friend who never returned my calls and wasn’t the least bit empathetic and patted me on the back and said “ you’re okay”. Joke, she is a joke.

More attitude than aptitude
Our brief encounter with Dr. Baggott came when she was the on-call doctor who called back after we left a voicemail after hours on a Sunday. My wife was suffering from abnormal heart behavior, with a high BP and a low heart rate. From the opening moment of the call, Dr. Baggot seemed irritated by our worried questions. My wife had had general anesthesia a few days earlier, and we were concerned there may have been side effects causing the issues. “We’ll, did you call the anesthesiologist?!!?” she asked. Huh? Call the anesthesiologist on Sunday evening? As my wife became more listless, a neighbor of ours, who was a former nurse, who had come over to check vitals, started to answer Dr Baggott’s questions. “Hello? Who is this now?” Dr. Baggott said. We explained how we were collectively helping my wife, and Dr. Baggott said, “Well I don’t want to talk to you, I want to talk with the patient.” By that point, we all felt so criticized that we simply hung up the phone.

I've only ever seen Dr. Baggott's office once, but having a wall display that completely trashes another university should have been my first sign that she's extremely biased. Then, as I told her about my medications, she immediately started to treat me like I was med seeking (I used to work in healthcare, I've seen it happen all the time) even though I wasn't asking for any kind of narcotic or even anything strong. Then, I asked for a referral for a specialist, which she referred me to one of her "friends" who then gave me even worse treatment. Worst doctor I've ever been to in my life.

I saw Dr. Baggott for a few years. When I was seeing her, I had several chronic issues. Her advice ranged from “try taking Tums” to nothing at all. She didn’t test me for any of my issues or take any of my concerns seriously. Now that I’m seeing a much better doctor, I’m learning that many of my issues were caused by autoimmune problems that could have easily been found through blood work. Dr. Baggott ignored my concerns and never tried to test me. I spent years seeing Dr. Baggott with painful chronic issues that could have been solved with simple blood work, but she never tried to test me or even ask questions about my problems. Now looking at her Health Grades reviews and seeing she has an average of 2.5 stars, I’m not surprised at all. I wish I had used this site a long time ago because the doctor I found on here with 5 stars has helped me so much more than Dr. Baggott ever did. I would never recommend Dr. Baggott. She will not take concerns seriously even if it harms the patient.

I have migraines and I told her a certain medication makes my tongue swell, makes my migraines so much worse, etc. I also told her which migraine medicine works for me. Instead of prescribing the medication that works or anything else she made me try the medication that I have a horrible reaction to. She is not a good doctor.

Awful doctor. She gave me a Pap smear without nurse in room. I never received the results. I tried to contact her about it and when she finally got back to me she denied it, tried to make me feel stupid, and was very defensive. Shet told me she did not do a Pap smear... if you’ve ever had a Pap smear done you don’t forget. I highly recommend you do your research on your doctors before you go to one.

She is either lazy or incompetent. You have to do your homework. On more than one occasion she has prescribed medications that can be harmful based on my health or other prescriptions I'm on. More than once a pharmacist has pointed out her errors

I have been going to dr. Baggott for 11 years now. She is excellent in every way, very knowledgeable, and the most pleasant person I know. Her staff is excellent, especially Jennifer and I would recommend them to anyone. Waiting time in her office is very short. Dr. Baggott is quick to answer questions and call backs when you contact them are very prompt. thank you dr. Megan and your staff

Dr. Baggott was extremely kind, relatable and truly listened to me. The wait time was minimal (both in the waiting room and in the exam room) and her staff was very friendly as well. The office is easy to find, has a shelf of borrow-able books in the waiting room and labs were very quick. Would highly recommend!

Visited her 3 times and am firmly convinced I need to shop around. Pretends to be caring and concerned, but obviously isn't. Treatment by the numbers instead of individual needs. Doesn't think outside the box. She smiles and nods but doesn't really listen. Easily irritated. Doesn't seem to like being a doctor, and certainly doesn't seem competent. Not one to go the extra mile. She's easy to get in to see, but now I understand why. -- plenty of openings in her appt. book. Husband hated her.

I've seen several PCP's in my life and she's by far the worst. She has zero compassion for her patients and clearly went into medicine for the money. I don't think she really knows much about medicine because when I have questioned her about a health problem, she says "I'm not really sure." I have zero faith in this provider and I wish I would've read the reviews before I went to her.

I have been going to Dr. Baggott for several years and each time I go, I'm increasing more disappointed. The last time I went for a physical, I had several questions that she could not answer which I found very alarming. I recently called urgently needing to speak with her, but she would only allow me to speak to her nurse. The nurse would put me on hold, ask Nicole the question and relay the answer to me. Nicole refused to talk to me directly unless I paid to come to her office.
