Very compassionate
Dr. Ramos performed shoulder surgery for for me. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. He explains the procedure before the surgery (what to expect, etc). HE TREATED ME LIKE A HUMAN BEING!

Dr. Ramos is kind, empathetic. a great listener. And best of all he really wants to help a patient get back to the activities they love to do .I tore my Ankle tendon and Calf. He gave me a plan on when I will play tennis again. I am very nervous and he put my mind at ease that everything was going to be ok And did so with complete confidence in my recovery. And I don't need surgery. But. I am so grateful that I found him and if in the future I need any type of Orthopedic surgery I trust him implicitly. This is the first review I have ever written about a Doctor. But, I had to make sure any patient looking at his reviews will have the confidence that I have for this Doctor. He is wonderful.

Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare.
The doctor is great, the front desk staff non existent. They don't return phone calls within 24 hours. Waited on hold for 27 and 32 minutes on separate calls and no one ever answered.

A lot of things wrong with me
Dr Ramos is very patient and understanding.out of other doctors treating me he was able to identify my issues and followed through making sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable of my issues.I would gladly recommend him
