I met her in person and she was so nice. She moved a bit quickly but I felt that she had my best interest in mind. I was messaging her a few times regarding my condition. She finally told me that I was not assigned to her panel and that if I wanted to schedule an appointment I could try to schedule with her or another provider. I immediately felt upset as I didn't understand why she was communicating with me and I was meeting with her and she never disclosed that I wasn't on her panel. I ultimately felt that she was dismissing me as a patient.

I went to see Dr Phan as my schedule was not compatible with my regular OBGYN.....Wow!!!!!!! I was blown away. I thought I would just go in and she would do her assessment and let me go.....she knew EVERYTHING about my history and was involved. She even gave me an expert opinion as a doctor and a mother. I really appreciated that. She was kind, took her time and all went well. I left with a smile!

We LOVED Dr. Phan. She is easy to talk to, direct yet kind, and I cried when we did our 6 week postpartum goodbye. She is the best.
