I was in the hospital experiencing the worst pain of my life, and the nurse called him in at 2 a.m. I was upset and scared. He ordered a different (non-opioid) pain medication that worked like magic--it was a Godsend. He was very kind and reassuring when I really needed it, and I won't forget him.
