I am very disappointed in this office.. Their mission SHOULD be helping people, but the first person you speak with is very rude (as noted by other reviews). People go to psychiatrists for help, they are not in a good place and need someone to speak with who is compassionate and understanding. I've had issues with the receptionist before but let it go because I needed help. Now I'm stranded finding a new doctor and this is stressful. She needs to go.

Seen this doctor before becoming pregnant. I called and informed them, they told me to stop my meds. To call when I had my baby. As soon as I was released i called their office. The lady who answered was rude, I explained my situation, the depression problems I had while pregnant and my OB saying it was urgent for me to be back on my meds. she had no care what so ever. Said they were not taking new patients to call end of October. This is November and still can't get in.. AND I'M THEIR PATIENT
