Dr. Neil Persaud, MD

Doctor Persaud failed to take a culture of my anti biotic resistant sinus infection. He prescribed amoxicillin, an antibiotic that failed to cure previous infections. If he would have listened to me, I could have avoided another month and a half of 24 hour sinus headaches. He is not only incompetent, he is extremely greedy. His office charges $598.00 for a nasal endoscopy, a procedure that takes less than 30 seconds. His office manager lied to me today and an office person lied to me about 3 weeks ago.

He does not value your time at all. You will be sitting in the waiting room for ages. And, when you finally get called back, he barely does anything but unnecessary tests to charge you more. He doesn't listen to any of your concerns and only wants your money. His office is run terribly and they are always unorganized.

Dr. Persaud was awesome! He was kind, caring, and compassionate. I’ve been to several other doctors and he is by far the best. I would highly recommend his care.

I was very pleased with my experience at Ear Nose and throat. Dr. Persaud performed the Vivaer procedure on me and he treated me with professionalism and care. Dr. Persaud and his team made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me laugh during the procedure. I am truly grateful and thankful. I also received a follow up call from Chelsea who is also the greatest to check on me after the procedure. ( Very good follow up). if you are looking for a very good ear, nose and throat doctor this is the practice to go to.

Received medical care for sinus issue from Dr. Persaud and he was very thorough and kept me informed each step of the way. Surgery went well and follow-up has been excellent. Thanks for the care and attention given.

Incredible physicians, I love how thorough they are, very caring. Dr persaud staff was so awesome, thry obtained my cpap machine even after my inutance denied it. Thry are awesome. He was the only doctor that diagnosed my sleep apnea as a cause ofmy headaches and jaw pain.

I was recommended to Dr Persaud office by a friend for a second opinion. His staff is very friendly, and extremely helpful,they acquired all my child records before my appointment. the office is extremely well decorated and clean. The nursing staff was very gentle with my child, my child hates doctors. Dr Persaud was amazing. My child even asked when are we going back to see the doctor because he was so funny, would highly recommend Dr Persaud< he was extremely knowledgeable and sincere.

He is an extremely competant doctor. I know that he knows what he is doing/talking about. However, he himself is a little cold. Also, he doesn't seem to treat his staff well because they are always on edge. Also a little odd that I go in for hearing loss and they made me blow into a breathing test machine. I'd still go to him for treatment because I feel safer, but I think change in the morale department would make his practice exceptional.
