Quick appointment with great outcome. Dr. Kauffman has always been very knowledgeable and very helpful in resolving my Sinus issues quickly. His understanding of my situation and the best way forward has always worked.

No help at all
The Dr. did not take me seriously. The Audiologist was good but that that was all that was good about this office. Staff are marginally competent and dr. gave me incorrect information and refused to prescribe anything for my problem. Well because I can't get any help for this problem I have now lost my job. Then charged over $500 not including the hearing test. Outrageous.

This was a visit regarding a recent diagnosis i had after many years had passed since i saw dr. Kaufman. I requested an appt with him specifically because i recaled how kind and helpful he was many years ago when i had an issue prior to a business tip. He doesnt look any older and was just as kind and helpful this visit. I highly recommend dr kaufman.
