Dr. Neil Kirschbaum, DO

I was a new patient and was given 5 minutes after waiting for almost an hour. The summary of my visit was full of lies because he didn't even examine me. He's not a good communicator. He rushed to request an intervention without verbally explaining to me what he was doing. One of the worst doctors I have ever encountered.

Dr. Neil Kirschbaum, thank you for being the dedicated, thoughtful and compassionate Doctor that you are for all your patients. Your Team and you always go above and beyond and tirelessly towards a healthy outcome. I feel so blessed to know you and your staff, especially Melissa and Maria.Keep up the good work.

We were so pleased with our visit with Dr. Kirschbaum this past week. He listened to our problems and was very supportive and caring. The office is efficient and everyone was pleasant and helpful. Definitely download and fill out the forms at home if you’re a new patient. They are very extensive and easier to do at home than in the waiting room. Would highly recommend Dr. Kirschbaum for pain management.

Dr. Kirschbaum took the time to review my records and history. He listened to the details of my pain points and used all of the information to make a solid plan for pain relief.

LISTENS! Not always done and hugely appreciated!!

My experience was very bad. Even I DID NOT HAVE THE CHANCE TO BE SEEING BY THE DOCTOR. First time going to him. First of all, I had to fill up 6 pages with information, many times repeated the same info. After one hour of waiting, I have been put in a room and after another half an hour his nurse practitioner came to see me. I asked where is the doctor and told me that the doctor is busy. She did not give me too much attention, I was in pain for about 2 weeks waiting for my appointment with dr Kirschbaum. My pain came from 2 herniated discs pressing the sciatic nerve and I just need an epidural injection to remove my pain and be able to walk again. The nurse told me that cannot do the injection because they need authorization from my Insurance. I already went to them with authorization from my insurance. they sent me home doing nothing to me and told me to wait and that they will call me back when they will have another authorization from my insurance. Dr Kirschbaum is caring and compassionate. He is wonderful! The staff is great as well.

Dr K office was great. They got me in quick and we’re very friendly. I loved Dr K bedside manner. He was very patient when explaining to me my MRI and very thorough when going over my options. I would recommend him and the prescribe to any patient who needs his services.

Every time I have an appt with dr K I am pleased with the way he manages my pain needs and always asks me to give feedback and includes me in my own management.

Is good to feel cared by a group of highly professional and friendly group of people. Thanks to them my back issues are no longer my main health concern. They rrall go above and beyond to get you back to health. I highly recommend them.

Dr K is extremely proficient, superb specialist, knowledgeable and professional

First let me say when I see Someone give Dr. K a bad review because he won’t give The patient more pain medication‘s after his doctor already prescribe some to him makes me absolutely crazy. You can’t get pain meds on top of pain meds from a pain management doctor if you have pain meds prescribed to you then you have to wait till those medications run out or turn them in to get stronger medication’s which this person obviously didn’t want to do. He has worked with me for about a year with my lower back issues from in a pinch nerve in my L4 and also helps me figure out different ways to help me with my other issues like my lupus, my hyperthyroidism autoimmune disorder and other things in my life that probably caused me to have the type of pain that I have. When people write reviews they need to realize that sometimes they write the review because they’re mad because a doctor can’t legally give them some thing and that’s not the doctors fault. If you have Dr. K as your in great hands!!!

THIS DR IS NOT ONE I RECOMMEND HE LEFT ME TO SUFFER AFTER A HORRIFIC FOOT SURGERY. While in the office I discussed this with him and he was to manage my pain which didn’t happen. Because I got something stronger from my primary and I broke the rules of getting pain pills somewhere else. So I fired him. NEWS TO ALL PAIN MANAGEMENT DOCTORS SOME OF US NEED PAIN PILLS WHEN WE HAVE HAD. After surviving a horrible head on motorcycle accident I have experienced many types of pain for a long time. I thought I just had to deal with it. Dr. Kirshbaum is the first doctor that made me feel I don’t just have to deal with it. After some time to find what works for me (specifically) I now have a greatly improved attitude I sleep better, actually smile and have much less pain. No overnight fixing of anything but a change in everything ask my wife. Thanks again Dr. K

Dr. Neil provided outstanding service and provided all available options for my condition. More importantly he treated me with respect empathy and compassion. I changed providers because I felt invisible and the origin of pain was treated for short term results. Dr. Neil provided both short and long term options including the latest surgical interventions. Having suffered from pain for such an extended period of time I began to feel hopeless. I no longer have that energy and I’m excited about putting forth the effort and energy to improve my quality of life.
