Dr. Phung Pham, MD

Dr. Pham is an outstanding pain management doctor. When I was at my worst, enduring excruciating pain, he was the first of three doctors who truly listened and explained what was happening in my cervical spine. His compassion and expertise made all the difference. His office staff is equally amazing, providing top-notch care. Thanks to his prescribed treatment, I finally managed the pain and slept after five agonizing days. He guided me through physical therapy and an epidural steroid shot—quick, painless, and incredibly effective. Within 24 hours, I felt relief. Even after deciding on surgery for my herniated disc, Dr. Pham stayed involved, ensuring my comfort and recovery. His professionalism, patience, and dedication are unmatched. If you need a doctor who truly cares, listens, and provides expert pain management, Dr. Pham is the one to trust.

I was initially treated by Dr Pham in the hospital and followed up with office visits. Dr Pham showed true concern with my pain issue and took many steps in treatment until he was satisfied with my outcome, he never rushed in his assessment or appointment. I would and have recommended him to multiple people. Dr Phams staff was very helpful and professional with scheduling and follow up contacts.

Don’t have an issue related to pain management even while u are an inpatient in the hospital. Dr Pham and his staff of nurse practitioners are unresponsive to a patient’s needs. Please have pain Mon-Friday 9-5 and ONLY if you need assistance. You can call 911 they will take you to a hospital but. ONLY PAIN MGMT DOCTORS CAN WRITE FOR MEDS for your acute pain! They don’t answer the phone! GOOD LUCK!

I have unsuccessfully tried to schedule an appointment to see Dr. Phung Pham. I was referred to him by Dr. Abed Alhomsi. The person who answered the phone for appointments was very rude, condescending, and unknowledgeable regarding scheduling appointments. She asked me if I knew what kind of doctor Dr. Pham was. Who asks that type of question when one has been referred to see a pain management specialist. She also stated that she has to ask a series of questions before making an appointment. I never got to schedule an appointment, instead she asked me for my phone number so that she could have her office manager call me back. I did not call the office to speak to the office manager; only to schedule a much-needed appointment. I found the entire phone call to be upsetting and unprofessional. CSR training is definitely needed at this office. I have not received treatment from this office but I have to check the box below in order for my review to be accepted.

Dr (flim) Pham treated me in hospital after a major surgery. I waited 2.5 wks for follow-up visit and paid the co-pay of $40. After waiting in filled waiting room for over an hour, going through all the motions with his PA, etc... He says he wont treat me? Seriously!!! Never should have waisted my time and gas if he knew this. His office is filthy and people on top of each other with no where to sit. Bottom line. this Dr. is not compassionate or understanding. If you are in pain, I wouldn't take a chance on this hap hazzard ego maniac.

I was completely blown off by dr Pham. He told me he only treats cancer patients. Wished me luck, then just up and left. Never even assessed me. Never till i moved to Florida have I had specialists just pick and choose who they want to treat. I’m leaving his office in tears right now. I don’t know how he has such raving reviews- this was one of the WORST physicians I’ve ever met. These reviews and him don’t match up.

I took a VA exam in December 2020 for my disability (increase) and according to the VA they have not received the evaluation from the nurse that did my exam. It has been over 5 months and this is unacceptable. I have been calling the VA and they can not proceed with my claim without this exam. When I called I was told the people who send the exams to the VA do not work on Mondays and Tuesdays and that I would get a call back by Thursday. This complete incompetence.

Dr. Phan is an excellent physician. He listened to my health and pain issues. With is advice and treatment I am able to sleep throughout the night pain free. The first time in years. He also has an excellent office staff.

He doesn’t give pain meds so not a pain doctor I’m in so much pain it isn’t real

I brought my 88 year old mother to Dr. Pham for ongoing debilitating back pain. He listened patiently and showed genuine concern for her complaints. I appreciate the time and attention he has given to her. Most of all, I am thankful for the results she has received from his care. Her pain level is greatly reduced and she is now more mobile and active. God Bless You, Dr. Pham!

Dr Pham really cares for his patients. I am not just a number to him. He carefully explains how he will treat you for your pain. His staff are as welcoming and caring as he. I have every confidence that he will be able to aleviate my pain.

Dr. Pham is an excellent doctor. He actually listened to me and heard my issues. Was able to take care of my pain real quick.

From the time I met him it was nothing but consistency he made me feel like family he has a spirit of an Angel his energy is awesome and he always puts you first I would definitely recommend him because of his warm heart and his understanding towards pain and when you're going through pain you want to feel as if someone cares and he definitely does

This guy is great. My insurance wasn’t accepted there, but because I was in serious pain, he took me and didn’t even charge. I swear, I was shocked!! What a good guy! This is 100% a real review!
