My wife has been having issues with GI pain since January '21, the doctor on many occasions has written off my wife's symptoms. It wasn't until my wife insisted on getting a colonoscopy that it was found that she has mild crohn's disease...the arrogance of this doctor is enough to make my blood pressure spike. the only reason why this was performed and the issue was found was due to my wife's persistence. Her nurse isn't any more attentive, while my wife has been experiencing chest pain, hopefully due to a steroid, the nurse legit told her "just wait till the doctor gets back to you" while my wife is experiencing ACTIVE chest pain...this has been two days. I work in the medical field and this sort of treatment is reprehensible. The nurse has dragged her feet in either informing the doctor or responding to my wife's issue, judging by the other review it doesn't seem like an isolated incident. this is what we call patient care? give me a break.

Wouldn’t recommend
After my visit and numerous tests within a week, her nurses kept pushing back on every request to expedite (next test was another week away), constantly telling us to go to the ER if needed. Called nurse line many times and messaged doctor via MyChart to get feedback; finally they called back when it was already too late and we were already in ER. ARC is just a business… it’s not people’s lives they care about. This doctor and her nurses do not function any differently. Would never go back.
