Dr. Neda Rouhi, MD

I had an appointment with Dr. Rouhi recently, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Throughout the visit, she seemed disinterested and inattentive. I felt like I was not being listened to and that my concerns were not taken seriously. There was a lack of engagement and empathy, which made the whole experience very frustrating. I expect a higher level of care and attention from a primary care doctor.

I recently visited Dr. Rouhi for the first time, my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I entered the office, I was met with a cold demeanor with complete lack of interest in listening to my concerns. Instead of taking the time to understand my medical history and address my health issues, she seemed rushed and disinterested. It felt as she was just going through the motions without any genuine care or empathy. When I attempted to ask questions, I was met with dismissiveness and condescension. Overall my experience with Dr Rouhi left me feeling unheard and uncared which as a primary care physician one would expect a certain level of compassion and professionalism and non of those were demonstrated.

Dr. Brojeni is friendly, professional, and thorough. I did not have to wait long in the office before seeing her.

The office team was very helpful when I had an emergency with my father. They got us in and diagnosed my father's condition. Thank you.

I'm so upset with this office. The only reason I started seeing Dr Rouhi was because my original PCP was no longer contracted with my insurance. The first visit I saw her, she was quiet. Little to no bedside manner. She barely made eye contact with me & was stone cold. NO expression on her face. Mind you, I suffer from anxiety & panic disorder, so having to re-tell all my stories is hard for me. BUT in order to get my meds refilled, I needed to be seen by her. I didn't feel like she cared, AT ALL. But, again, i needed my medication (it's a heart medication. Regulating my heart prevents panic attacks, because they can get really bad). She ended up refilling my prescription.I reached out to the office letting them know I recently moved. In the middle of moving, I misplaced my medication somewhere. It's very important for me to have this medication as preventative measure - as I am a mother of two, i work full time, & I'm in school. My load on a daily basis is HEAVY, & I need to be able

Dr. Rouhi was dismissive and harsh to address my questions and concerns. When asked about the treatment she was very rude and said I'm the patient and she's the doctor and I should not argue with my doctor and I chose to be there and see her; I was only trying to ask follow up questions. Don't waste your time and find a better Primary Care physician that cares about the patients and has compassion.

Dr. Rouhi took all the time needed with me, I never felt rushed. She seems to be a good listener, compassionate, and through our discussions I found she is very knowledgeable for my situation. A very positive visit.

Dr. Rouhi was late to my appointment, then finally showed up not even apologizing for her delay. She was in a hurry to get me out of there without dealing with my medical issues. Overall I had a very poor experience and felt Dr. Rouhi had no values for me as her patient. I will not go back there again. Find a Primary Care Doctor that welcomes you and there are great physicians in the area.

My PCP is on vacation so I was referred to Dr. Rouhi. We connected via a zoom call this morning. We had never met before this call. She was on time for our visit, was very warm snd welcoming, listened to all of my symptoms and gave me great advice. I was very impressed with her bedside manner as well as her level of knowledge. If I weren’t so very happy with my current PCP I would be seeing Dr. Rouhi on a regular basis. Very grateful to her for seeing me on such short notice and taking such good care of me during our visit.

Dr. Rouhi rushed through my mother’s appointment and cut her off multiple times. We had questions about the side effects of meds prescribed, called three times no answer.

She is nice, attentive and examines me carefully. I highly recommend her for a PCP.

Dr. Rouhi is caring and never makes you feel rushed.
