Awesome Physician
I was referred to Dr. Neal from my EENT as his treatment plan was not working. My visit was at 4pm on a Friday. Dr Neal listened to my history of the current condition and immediately got to work. He skillfully evacuated infected fluid from my inner ear. This procedure was a bit painful and he was surprised how well I tolerated it. After the procedure, a different course of antibiotics was ordered and I am feeling so much better! As a medical professional myself, I truly appreciate how well I was treated. Highly recommended Dr. Neal Jackson.

AMAZING!!!!!
Dr Jackson did a surgery, that I had over 10 years ago, that resulted in 90% hearing loss, and pain beyond all belief. After 2 months of a serious ear infection, 4 different Dr's, 7 weeks of every antibiotic available, 7 weeks of steriods, I ended up in Dr Jackson's office. He wanted to do the same surgery, that I SWORE I would never repeat. After talking to him, he made me comfortable enough to trust him doing this surgery again. Surgery was amazing. Way less complicated and painful. Recovery was fast. Dr Jackson did a implant to allow me to hear again, still slowly getting hearing restored, but infection and hole in my ear drum of 40 years fixed. Dr Jackson " literally " save my life from a serious infection.
