The wait time for appointment is too long. We are on a verge of going outside of UCI.

Dr Rojek is the best! He is caring, really know me, and is always thorough and explains what is going on and what is needed to resolve the problem.

Dr. Rojek was knowledgeable and took the time to make sure all my concerns were addressed. However, I found my interaction with the resident physician to be less than satisfactory. While I understand the importance of learning opportunities, I felt the resident's approach to be assertive and pushy. But her demeanor changed when she walked back in with Dr. Rojek.

They were very nice and answered all questions.

HMO Quality of care maybe you designed your system this way and you're not surprised by it but my experience is that most doctors in private practice are more qualified than HMO doctors. Doctors in private practice in my experience, provide a higher quality of care. This dermatologist gave me some very bad advice when I saw him one year ago... I had a bump on my leg. He examined it and then told me to ignore it, that it was probably nothing. Turns out it was a form of cancer that was very dangerous and I had physicians at UCLA remove it. I don't want to single out the dermatologist as the only one that provides this level of care. I think most of your doctors are in the same basket they're well intentioned.... I think I've seen 4 or 5 UCI doctors. You've developed an automated computerized system around them. That is very efficient but the doctors themselves are HMO level doctors not private physician level doctors and I'm sure you understand the difference. This is probably a result of the amount of money that you pay them. In my experience you get what you pay for. Thanks for asking my opinion

Dr Rojek has been my Dr for years and I always look got to going! I used to get high spikes in blood pressure before and while seeing a Dr but not with him.

I was on time for my appointment and did not have to wait for the doctor. Much appreciated!
