Dr. Linden seemed kind of abrupt and not very person centered in his care with me. The rest of the staff was excellent! I just didn't feel that the doctor cared that much about me or my condition. Maybe it was just his personality or maybe he had a bad day. We'll see next visit.

I was a new patient and I called the UCI group and told them what type of doctor I needed, which was a hematologist, but apparently that's not what he is. So I'm not certain who did the scheduling, but then he had to refer me to another doctor since I wasn't directed to the correct one.

Over the years I have been coming to Dermatology, never once have I been seen within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. This probably amounts to over 30 appointments over the years. Never. If it wasn't for the perceived value of my physician and quality of care, along with my flexibility, I would probably search for another provider.
