I have been seeing Dr. Gilbert since 2013 when he diagnosed me with a rare disease called PVNS to date he has performed nine surgeries including a total knee replacement I think he’s an exceptional and talented doctor I trust him completely. Everyone in his office has been nothing but courteous and very informative. Carmen is one of the sweetest people I have ever met she has called me numerous times when I’ve had problems after surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Gilbert

I too visited this doctor. His staff is the worst. He made it even worse by ignoring the issue thus my situation got worse. Went to another Doctor immediately and got the best of treatment from everyone at that office...and more. Because of Dr. Gilberts nasty staff, I chose a more professional group that specializes in patient care. Just say NO!

?? By far one of the worst supports staffs I have ever encountered. ??SEEK ANOTHER DOCTOR.?? The doctors offices ability to communicate with patients is beyond words. Hold times in excess over 25 minutes, sarcastic operators who hang up, mock customers and laugh about it. NO ONE IN THIS OFFICE CARES, Office Manager Whitney; I left her 5 messages in a week, no return calls. The staff cancelled my surgery on a friday afternoon prior to my Monday morning surgery. ?? Dr Gilbert won’t even take time to return my call ?? His assistant Carman, stated on several occasions stated “let me check with the doctor and get back to you.” ?? NO RETURN CALLS. ?? Jeff Neumann called me as the offices PA and stated he would help me .... He made it worst. ??FIND ANOTHER DOCTORS OFFICE. ??Trust a patient who wasn’t cared for. Nothing like making a tough time worse. ??

Horrible, terrifying, messed me up and wanted to leave me that way. Never came to visit me in the hospital and I was there for 2 surgeries in hospital week each time. Had to ask to see him on follow up visits. I was without hope but found an excellent doctor who repaired the fractures that happen during Gilbert’s surgery. I am walking again thanks to my new doctor. He did what Gilbert couldn’t do. I recommend if you want to walk don’t use Dr. Gilbert.

I had a shattered hip from a bad fall. The first surgeon and his team were ultimately unqualified to provide the necessary services for a positive outcome. I was sent to see Dr. Gilbert who more than rectified the problem. He replaced the complete hip and got my leg about as even as could be considering the existing damage. Dr. Gilbert is very forthcoming, explains things fully, competence beyond question and follows up personally. I wish he could have been my original surgeon.

Best Orthopedic surgeon. I trust him completely with my limbs. I had a knee replacement and after a scope I got a major infection, MRSA. My surgeon said it was beyond his expertise. I was sent to Dr GILBERT who saw me within hours and did my surgery. I could've lost my leg. He was excellent. Great bedside manner and extremely intelligent. He knows his stuff. I heard from other Doctors that people come from other states and he does the difficult surgeries including cancer patients.

I needed a hip replacement and reconstructive surgery on my right leg. It was a difficult surgery that required an excellent surgeon. Luckily, Dr. Gilbert is great! He is the 3rd surgeon I saw, and the only one that was both willing and capable of doing my surgery.

Today was my first visit with Dr.Gilbert, I found him to be very kind and pleasant. He listened to my issues explained his thoughts and how we would fix the issue. I came to him after having a total knee replacement by another Dr and the replacement failed. The original Dr didn't see a issue. I found his office staff very nice, helpful and professional. I waited about 15 minutes to see the DR today and I spent about 15 minutes with the Dr. That was all the time that was needed.
