Not worth the money.
She was reasonably nice when I visited. I left messages and calls which were not returned. Her physical was bare minimum. She did answer her cell phone during an emergency which helped that time. However if you want a reliable doctor who has spent time reviewing your history it is not her. I utilized her as part of Baylor signature care so I paid extra and was extremely disappointed. I asked her to talk to another doctor concerning an issue. She did not and when I asked she did not remember saying she would.

Dr. Smith was always pleasant and patient with my mom while we were in the office. However, calls were never returned even to the point where I had to call crying for assistance with my mothers issues. I left 6 voicemails and emails that still have not been returned. At this point it is a non issue as my mother passed this week. I would not want anyone I cared about to go through this with her.

I visited Dr. Smith for the first time in July 2021, after my doctor moved from this clinic. My experience with her was okay, not very warm, or interested in my history or even making plans to continue to help me with my health. After my bloodwork was completed, I never heard from her or her team. I reached out through the portal two times and via telephone 4 separate times and have never heard back from her or her nursing staff. I called the clinic to change doctors. I would not recommend Dr. Smith if you're hoping to get feedback and a plan of action.

Dr. Smith is very professional. She listens intently to what is being said and she really gets the ball rolling quickly if there is a need to send you to specialists. I highly recommend Dr. Smith. She cares.

Absolutely horrible. Her and her team's ability to communicate is non-existent. I am a new patient and on my first visit she was quite cold. I also waited almost 1 hour in the waiting room with no explanation or apology whatsoever. I have left 3 messages on the portal and have called 2 times with follow up questions regarding my visit. Dr. Smith or no one from her office has ever returned any of my messages. I moved to Dallas as was looking for a new provider - I will never return to this practice.

I would not recommend Dr. Natalie Smith. I had to call twice to get the results of an xray - waiting a week for a response. Her diagnosis was "no big deal" I followed up with my orthopedic dr. who xrayed again and explained everything, gave me exercises to do and ordered a back brace and a follow up appt. In the last year, I have spoken and received care from Dr. Smith's nurse, who was ok, but I would like to talk to my doctor. We have no relationship.

Dr. Smith’s office is well run and efficient. The staff is warm and helpful. Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable on all of my visits and has delivered good results with her diagnosis and treatments. I’d recommend her as a primary care physician.

We've also received extremely poor care from Dr. Smith. She's very immature and never follows through. She's my elderly Mom's Doctor. The two times I've met her, she left the appointment, saying she'd research and return to us with her guidance or new prescriptions. Both times, her nurse returned with the information stating Dr. Smith had gone to lunch. My mother has been in the emergency room 3 times this year and Dr. Smith has never called to follow up on these events.

The insensitive care that I recently received from Dr. Natalie Smith is only matched by the poor ability of her and her entire staff to communicate with me as a patient. As a member of the Baylor HealthCare System Fdtn. board for 9 years, we took pride in the compassionate care of the Baylor System physicians. I had hoped that Dr. Smith's youth would be compensated by a caring attitude; how wrong I was! Her immaturity was evident by her inability to her my questions!

I really like this doctor. She addressed every concern and was very thorough. I felt heard and cared for. She did not let me leave her office without a plan for the things concerning me. Her front desk was exceptional.
