Dr. Nancy Youssef, MD

I have seen Dr. Youssef about four times now and each time has been a horrible and shocking experience. Each visit she has been rude and condescending with a complete disregard to my concerns and symptoms. She talks down to me and looks at me as if I am lying about my symptoms. She is the least impathetic and attentive doctor I have ever met. I went in today to discuss results from a CTA, she was annoyed I was even there. When I explained why I made this appointment she told me not to use medical terms with her and that there was nothing she could do to help me. My whole life has been turned upside down and she wouldn't even take a few minutes to tell me how I can relieve some of my symptoms. I walked out of there crying. I would never recommend her to anyone! I have never filed a complaint against a doctor in my life and I am 51 years old. This will be the first time. I want to make sure she is not allowed to treat patients like this again. Honor Health can do better!

The worst visit i have ever had, she was rude, did not care for anything i was saying, her demeanor was horrible, anytime i would bring up a concern she would cut me off and talk to me like i didn't know what i was talking about, i was just baffled on how se treats new patients. I will never go back there and defiantly never recommend her to anyone. Worst experiance dont bother yourself

She was rude and aggressive when I explained my diagnosis. She seemed to not believe in chronic shingles or fybro and simply looked at me as if I was lying. She repeatedly tried to convince me it was depression causing my symptoms and completely dismissed my disease. She’s arrogant and rude and feels like she literally was mad at me for being there wasting her time. She told me to make a follow up in 4 wks so I did and first thing she says is why are you here in an annoyed voice?? You told me to make a follow up appointment you!! Literally told me there is nothing I can do for you see you in a year for your physical. I am in chronic pain 24/7 and have PHN chronic shingles she thinks ta depression. She Has no sympathy or care at all! I had to ask for referrals to try and get more help she offered me No referral nothing but heavy meds I told her didn’t work. One of the worst Dr experiences ive ever had. Would never send anyone I cared about to her.

Do not go to her. !!! My first visit I was having her check what appeared to be a growth under the skin of my nose. She pressed on it with thick gloves and said “ this is cartilage “. She didn’t examine further. She then said “this is bone” and thumped me several times on my forehead with her thumb and pointer finger quite hard. . Then she grabbed and yanked my left ear quite violently several times and said “ this is cartilage “.I had duck to the other side so she would take her hands off me and I held my hands up to block her from grabbing my ear again. I said “ I’m not an idiot and get your hands off me”. She brushed off my concern ( and other concerns) with no explanation. She was very abrasive and rude. When I asked her questions she had no intention of listening to what I had to say. I got up immediately and walked out. I went to the counter and complained about how awful she was and went home. I had quite a headache from her hitting my forehead. The office called me an hour later apologizing and asked if I wanted to come in to see someone else another time. I agreed. When I walked into the office for that appointment I was full of anxiety . My initial blood pressure was extremely high as I told that to the doctor I was seeing. She took it again after our interaction / appointment and it was back to normal. Amazing what a caring professional doctor who listens to your concerns can do !
