Dr. Nalini Balachandran, MD

I would not recommend her at all. She was extremely rude to me at every single one of my visits with her. One of the worst doctors I've ever had, especially with her attitude.

I do not recommend this doctor due to my bad experience. I moved from Texas last year. I found a new doctor in California in January, but unfortunately my visit was delayed due to the pandemic. I requested a prescription refill from Dr. Balachandran since I have not been able to be seen by a doctor here yet, but she denied the refill and told me she won't be able to do it. This was after I told her I do not have enough medication to last me until I am seen by a doctor, but she did not care and she hung up on me.

Worst experience ever. Will NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to go there. She charged $ 40 for my wife's visit and stopped one of her BP medicines. My wife told her that the BP will go up BUT Nalini did not listen to her and NOW my wife's BP is gone up again within a few days after leaving the medicine and now Nalini wants to charge another $ 40 for the office visit. I have stopped going to her as she is stubborn and will not listen to you but will do whatever she likes. Also don't get unnecessary shots as the clinic staff will say that it is covered by the insurance. They are just making money from the patients and the insurance.

Excellent Dr. Listens well and explains in detail. Personally calls with test results. Highly recommend her.

I agree with the other reviewer here, definitely would not recommend her. She is rude and seems very disinterested in her patients. My husband had the flu and she told him he had allergies. She was unnecessarily harsh with my 5 year old, not so family friendly for a family practitioner. Needless to say, I am never going back again.

Worst doctor ever. She is very rude and just wants your money. She also doesn't know what she's talking about.
