The easy way out...
I had one visit with Dr. Busaidy at MD Anderson after having a partial thyroidectomy (left lobe). I had done tons of research on what to expect after such a shock to my hormonal system and the first thing so many people said is that you have to find a Dr who listens to you and doesn't try to blame mental issues - because the changes your body experiences are MAJOR. Well... 'talking to someone about my feelings' was the first thing this doctor recommended to me when I told her I was emotional and tired. THOSE ARE NORMAL FEELINGS AFTER THIS SURGERY!! I walked out and never came back! Found a doctor who actually treated me and listened to me and I am thriving now!

She has taken extremely high level of care for my wife the past 2 years We were given a very grim diagnosis and were very fortunate to land here at MD Anderson Cancer center
