Rushed and apathetic
I was with a family member with dementia to visit Dr. Ali, since my family member's previous doctor passed away. Dr. Ali came in and didn't even acknowledge me, and was clearly not wanting to be there. She rushed the visit and cut me off when I was speaking. She had no idea what the previous doctors' notes said, and I had to explain everything, and seemed to show little engagement. Changing my family member's PCP.

Costs
The staff member, Dr. Andrews ,visited me twice in hospital for 5 minutes for overnight angiogram. I was charged for a 35 min visit and a 55 minute visit. All to the tune , after insurance and since I had not met my dectable, $266 dollars. ??

Practice is about charging for procedures and 3 minute hospital visits that were never requested.

Dr. Ali is an exceptional physician. She is so kind, considerate and overall very comforting. She completely put my nerves at ease and answered all my questions patiently (despite the fact that I was late to my appointment). Definitely my favorite doctor I've across thus far. 10/10 experience!

Dr. Ali is completely thorough. She is an outstanding diagnostician. She listens well, orders tests when needed to follow up on her judgements and has even called me at home with instructions. When I’ve read something off the internet that makes sense to me she takes the time to share her learned, extensive experience to head me in the right direction. She doesn’t waste her time or mine. I’m very skeptical of doctors and medicine. I find her to be indispensable.

My Mom and a few of her friends have complained to me that Dr. Ali is very abrupt and cuts them off during consultations. She gets up without a word and disappears, doesn't say bye, etc. I find this quite disheartening as Dr. Ali can attribute an up in patients due to my Mom recommending her a few years ago. Dr. Ali is only interested in minting money and makes it clear she has little regard for patients. I plan on making sure they switch their primary care to another Doctor.

She literally saved my life. I was her patient, but had never met her when she saw me in the hospital. Her attention to my condition and her persistence is the reason I'm still here.
