Horrible. Bedside manner was ridiculous. Got everyone worked up over nothing. Was not even familiar with the procedure that was done on my father. Would not respect religious beliefs. She was only there because she was the doctor on call and we were told by others not to use her so we asked for second opinion. Was told so many lies.

This was my first time with her, she made me very comfortable during an awkward examination, she explained everything well so I could understand. Gave me the good and the bad points of my upcoming surgery, also stayed and asked if I had any questions did not rush me. Maybe that is why I waited in the room for an hour to see her. I think I will be very happy with her.

Collorectal surgery
My Mom had intestinal perforations and progressing infection found in ER CT scan. Dr. Floyd performed my mom's emergency surgery to repair major damage and infection that would have been fatal if no swift action was taken. Thanks so much to Dr. Floyd, I will be forever grateful for what you did.

Excellent provider!
Dr Floyd is a great doctor! She really explained all my options to me and was very upfront and honest. She even helped me to understand possible cost estimates (not official quotes of course) I have never had a dr take the time to do that with me! She helped me feel comfortable with a very awkward appointment. I highly recommend her.

She is a excellent Doctor and straight up front person and by that I mean just she tells you what it is and does in a nice way. I want someone to tell so I can understand what's wrong. She's just a very caring person. I'm so glad to have as my doctor.

Dr. Floyd is absolutely an incredible doctor. She devoted as much time as I needed to go over all my concerns. Her bedside manner is delightful! She has been so helpful for me personally as well as taking care of my husband. I trust her completely with my health care & I would recommend her highly!!!!

Amazing doctor. She will find something that works for you and explain it so simply and precisely. I love that we are always on the same page and she has done extensive research on many, many ailments. I 100% trust her diagnoses and highly recommend her!

Dr Floyd was very good in the way she was able to convey the information that my wife needed to know about her procedure. She had a very calming deminor that really helped us to get through all of this. In other words we were able to understand things much better. THANK YOU Dr Floyd!!!!
