I came in with my 86-year-old grandmother and she kept running in and out of the room picking up phone calls. Sat with us for 5 minutes never checked or palpated anything and sent us off not even listening to my grandmas concerns would not recommend her as a doctor for anyone is rude and not attentive during your time with her I have no idea how she got her license with her lack of interest for the feild

She exploited me in such circumstance that my report would be implausible. I still feel so ashamed, embarrassed, and used. Posting a warning here is all I can really do.

She has been my doctor for years....I've never had a bad experience while under her care...She is professional, and takes her time to listen to your symptoms. I never have to wait long. Her staff is friendly and professional also. I highly recommend her.

Polataiko is awful doctor and awful person, very rude and mean to her patients, treat you with disrespect. I had extremely negative experience with her, I have never ever been so humiliated in my life. She hates her patients, zero bedside manners. I honestly don't understand how person with such a poor people skills like Polataiko chose to become a doctor. She literally needs to be a correctional officer. Unfortunately, can't stop her from practicing, but I will do anything in my power telling other people not to go to her.

Dr. Polataiko always in a rush and only care about scheduling more appointments, not patients. Every time you are asking a question, her reply is: I don't have time for you anymore, you have to schedule another appointment. My father came with the cold symptoms and also was complaining about his heart. She said that he must to schedule another appointment, not even try to check his heart or run ECG test. We had to go to cardiologist without her referral and he had open heart surgery. If we would wait for another appointment he probably wouldn't be with us anymore. I definitely wouldn't recommend this doctor to anybody. It's very difficult to schedule sick appointment and you can spend in waiting room up to 2 hours.

I would NOT go to this Doctor's clinic, she banned me from driving for a month when I got out of the Hospital, then told me to get Blood work done at Kenmore Mercy hospital. It was the only place accessible to me since it is on a Bus route, Now my insurance refuses to pay for the blood work because it was done in a hospital and I should have gone somewhere else and she REFUSES to give me a letter stating that she told me to go to the hospital and I had no choice since I couldn't drive!
