Dr. Nabeel Jabri, MD

Words can not describe how incredible and how my I value Doctor Jabri. He listens, he's caring, and compassionate, along with a great staff team. I have SO MANY medical issues in regards to my Turner's Syndrome, and have put a GREAT DEAL on Doctor Jabri's plate. Even most recently, I randomly stopped by to see if I owed a balance, make sure Doctor Jabri got information on recent heart surgery, and to schedule an appointment. Only by timing and the grace of God, on that day, I was able to see Doctor Jabri for a last minute appointment. I take it VERY seriously and research who I choose to put my life in their hands, to oversee my health. In sum, I love Doctor Jabri, and I'm so grateful that God led me to this Doctor. You will not be sorry or regret choosing this Doctor !

When I came in I found out that my appointment wasn’t until the next day. The office staff said no worries, and rearranged things so I could still get in. The whole office was kind, helpful, and busy on top of all that. All I can say is, THANK YOU! De. Jabri was helpful and professional, and that I would recommend him and his office to anyone.

Dr. Jabri was my 2nd opinion for my thyroid and he was as sweet and helpful as you would want your doctor to be. I loved that he went over my medical history with me and not from a piece of paper or a nurse. He actually listened to my concerns and complaints with my previous doctor. His medical assistant was super sweet and all smiles. HOWEVER, the receptionist needs to find a new career because quality patient care and customer service is not for her. She was ride, disrespectful and when she told me something different about my labs from what Dr. Jabri said instead of saying she would confirm it with him she rolled her eyes and huffed at me like I was being rude. Maybe she should find a job at a sewer plant because a wet t urd has more of a personality than her.

Dr. Jabri is a very good person and endocrinologist, he's the only reason I go to this office because his staff are rude and incompetent...if you go don't even bother to say hello to the male nurse, he doesn't talk to you at all!! The front desk is like they need a drink at 10 in the morning. I'm giving 2 stars just for Dr Jabri.

Been to see him twice so far. Other than the long wait in the waiting room, he has been great. Takes his time and explains everything. I have not felt rush through my appointments. His staff has been great. All my questions get answered whether i am in the office or on the phone. I would definitely recommend going to see Dr Jabri.

I Love Dr. Jabri and his Joliet office staff, they are always very friendly when I go there. He takes his time with each patient, he will never rush you out the door. If you ask questions, he does not make you feel stupid or embarrassed. He will do anything he can to help you.

Dr. Jabri was a lifesaver to me! I saw him for a 2nd opinion after another Dr insisted harshly on having my thyroid removed. He did more testing than the other Dr did and determined surgery was not ever in question. He saved me from surgery and another uncaring Dr. He's very thorough, patient and kind. I never felt rushed at all either. I want to hug him and be forever thankful with every visit.

This office was a disaster. I waited an 1 1/2hrs in the waiting room, to only spend 5 mins with the doctor. Office staff was extremely rude and acted inconvenienced if I asked a question. I will never be back and do not recommend visiting this office again.

I paged Dr.Jabri and he never called me. His staff intercepts dialogue between doctor and patient, they do not aide in communication. He needs to be more aware of how they are treating his patients. Dr. Jabri approved a prescription refill for me 3 days ago and everyday I have called because it STILL has not been faxed to my pharmacy. All his staff is so rude and condescending. Tomorrow I will try again to get the already approved prescription... Terrible, terrible service.
