I had foot surgery on both feet, 3 weeks apart beginning in October 2020 and ending in November 2020. My right foot required two surgeries to repair. Dr Abdel-Qader removed the bunions, corrected the hammertoes, and fused the joints on my second toe of the right foot. Doctor was very patient with me and explained in great detail the procedures of each surgery. I had many questions prior to my surgeries and his responses were adequate for my expectations. The down time, the inactivity, and not being able to drive for two months was my worst fear. All of which he prepared me for. I have since recovered, am active again, and have now returned to the gym. Dr Abdel-Qader is professional, kind and caring. He is a trustworthy and great podiatrist and I highly recommend him, especially if you are on the fence about having surgery, as I was. His staff is respectful, courteous, and very helpful.

As a walking patient the overall experience exceeded my expectations and would recommend Dr Murad to friends and family. Not only was he and his staff professional, when it came to my foot surgery Dr Murad preformed a miracle and fixed my foot and left me with ONE stitch. He by far is a GEM of the South Side of San Antonio!!! Keep up the good work!!! Sincerely, Mr Ramirez

Dr. Murad and his staff took extensive measures in ensuring my moms surgery preparations. She is a diabetic and Dr. Murad made sure that all her sugar levels were where they needed to be in order to have a successful and safe surgery. Aside from the surgical care, Dr. Murad also services multiple family members for all their foot-care needs. He and his staff are knowledgeable, caring and friendly. Dr. Murad is great at his craft and has a really great sense of humor. Do yourself a favor and take your aching feet to get the full treatment from Dr. Murad and his staff.

I was referred to Dr. Abdel-Qader by my endocrinologist at Lackland because I had an ingrown toenail. He was able to remove the ingrown nail and get me all better with minimal discomfort. He was patient with me and really helped me feel at ease during that procedure. So when I found myself a year later with a sewing needle broken in my toe, naturally I called his office first. Not only was he able to see me right away, he put me on stronger antibiotics than the ER gave me, his office staff worked very hard to contact Tricare and get approval for me to get surgery the next day. When I went for surgery the next day, everything went extremely well, I already had my follow up appointment scheduled and things were great. I am 2 weeks post surgery and happy to say my stitches are out already and I am on the road to healing well. Diabetics need to take great care of their feet and Dr Abdel-Qader is very knowledgeable and has done a fantastic job of helping me care for my feet.

Dr. Murad has been my foot doctor since April 2016. I had horrific bunions and hammer toes. Dr Murad surgically removed the bunions and straightened the hammer toes on both feet. One surgery was in May, 2016, after that foot healed he proceeded In November 2016 to the other foot. He is caring, kind, enthusiastic and a funny doctor. Foot therapy proceeded both surgeries. He is concise and committed to his patients and to his work. I highly recommend Dr. Murad.
