I am a patient who has been seeing an ENT for the past 30 years. I had surgery in my ear when I was 19 years old. That ear is problematic and requires extra attention. Through that time, some have passed away or retired. I was hesitant at first to see Dr. Ahmed. He has wonderful bedside manners. He listed, advised and took care of my ear issues. Great physicians that takes more than 5 mins to help patients!

Dr. Ahmed took his time getting to know me, really understand my condition and make recommendations that were crucial for my health. He had the ability to explain my condition and treatment effectively in a way I could easily understand. Highly recommend!

Was there for the throat. Signed authorizations but did not take patient history, dirty room, unrequested procedure in the ear (eardrum poked twice), no mouth rinse offered after in-office minor surgery. Sharps left on dirty shelf. No response to question of rather surgery was necessary or not. Cancelled follow-up.

Dr. Mostafa Ahmed was so rude and condescending to me when I came to him for a different issue after a few months. He was upset I didn't go through with a procedure he recommended. He asked me why and I said I did not want to, then he goes on to say yeah patients can make their own decisions but you should still get the procedure done , the issue I went to him for wasn't even related to the procedure he was discussing and then he said patients think they know everything just because they can file their taxes. Never going back to him.

I waited for one half hour without explanation. When I went to the desk to ask for an explanation, I was told that there was still one other patient ahead of me, and that there would be an additional wait of 1/2 hour to an hour. I had another appointment that day, and was compelled to reschedule. There was no apology, and no follow-up.

I was referred to Dr. Ahmed a few months ago, and he’s the first and only doctor who was finally able to treat my chronic severe postnasal drip. My symptoms began ten years ago, and during that time I saw several ENT specialists, was prescribed dozens of nasal sprays, had sinus surgery in 2013, and even had tubes inserted in my ears, all to absolutely no avail. When Dr. Ahmed suggested the Clarifix procedure I felt it was the solution to my problem, and just a few days after the application I noticed that my post nasal drip issues were almost gone. I am so grateful to have found such an exceptional, caring, and knowledgeable doctor!

I have seen Dr. Ahmed for three years now. He has worked tirelessly to correct a hearing loss problem that has plagued me for over twenty years and several failedsurgeries. Through his diligence and expertise I finally have had the issue corrected and can actually hear once again. Dr. Ahmed's skill, rapport with his patients and "never quit" attitude are a credit to his profession and military medicine. Thank you sir, for the significant improvement in my quality of life.

Dr. Added was professional and took a great deal time with me during the exam and discussion related to my care, and showed a great deal of interest to find a solution to my situation. I had a serious ear infection that was very painful. Dr. Ahmed extremely thorough, explained the plan of care very clearly, and presented a follow up plan. Each step of the process was explained to me. I felt like my concerns were heard and addressed completely and understandably. I am thankful. Dr. Ahmed listened, asked questions, gave reassuring information, and set very clear expectations as to the procedures. He is very knowledgeable and I recommend him highly.
