Called made an appointment. I provided insurance information. I am over 65. I have Medicare and Anthem Blue Shield PPO Supplemental insurance. The office called back after 1 week and said that Dr. Ford, nor any Doctor in the medical group accepted Medicare patients no matter what Supplemental you have. So if you’re 65 years of age or older they don’t want your business. Everyone over 65 in the United Star is automatically enrolled in Medicare. Must be nice to turn away a certain demographic because of their age. I checked with office staff member Jayna, she said Danielle Was correct in telling me Dr. Ford hasn’t accepted Medicare patients for 2 years.

My husband went to "Dr".Ford for physical, he sent him to do blood work, blood work came back with some concerns, its been 3 weeks since no one ever called back to follow up, to explain results or to talk about next step. We got blood work results directly form lab patient portal. If we didn't knew how to we wouldn't never knew even what blood results look like. Husband called back to his office they say oh ok no one called, let us call you back. That was 10 days ago. Stay away. They aren't doctors. What a shole

No research done in the medicine he prescribes. Does not inform of side-effects. Do yourself a favor and do the research before taking anything prescribed.
