Dr. Susan Ashley, MD

Dr Ashley is an amazing, knowledge, and compassionate physician. She listens to everything a patient has to say. She will answer questions and offer sound medical advice that is so much more than just prescribing meds and sending you on your way. She suggests alternative options in place of drugs, then honors the desired treatment of the patient. However, the required MDVIP program that you have to pay a membership for in order to be a patient of Dr Ashley is a complete waste of money and does not provide any benefit to the standard of care received prior to joining the MDVIP program

Dr Ashley respects her clients and is extremely pro-active in treating their health needs. She is available and proactive!

Dr. Ashley is very thorough and proactive with my care. I greatly appreciate all of her diligence and ability to think outside the box.

Extremely rude staff who do not return my home messages. They never answer their phone. They put patient health at risk due to their terrible business management. Corinne nurse practitioner will not let you get a word in when you have questions and interrupts you to talk over you. Do NOT recommend!

DO NOT go to this place. I have to believe the good reviews are phony. Reception is rude, the ARPN is unstable, and Susan Ashley allows patients to be humiliated. I left this place in tears and cried all the way home. I was completely humiliated by the ARPN and then sent a letter telling me not to come back to their office. Like it was my fault!! Unbelievable!! Do not waste your money.

She is very knowledgeable. She has found things that you would not expect to find which has helped me keep my health good. I am 81 and active and I attributed it to her knowledge.

Have been seeing Dr. Ashley for several years. She has helped me through a few medical issues. Always caring and compassionate. Love having a doctor that actually cares.

Dr Ashley is a great doctor! She is very understanding and listens to your concerns. Also takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues, and knows a lot about alternative medicine.

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Ashley taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. My friends said to go here and I've never regretted the decision. Highly recommended

I see the clinic every 3 months for my health conditions and know all the staff. Doctors are great!

Love the clinic, they make me feel welcome and never a burden like other clinics I've been to. The providers are awesome and have always been correct in their diagnosis.

I bring my 3 kids in and they all love Dr Ashley. She makes them feel comfortable and makes them laugh, while really caring about them.

The clinic was one of the few that did rapid covid testing, and I was positive in Jan. Given a number of supplements which turned things around quickly, and was shown how to monitor my oxygen and what to watch out for. Dr Ashley save my life.

Dr Ashley treats the elderly with such respect and caring. My mom loves it here. She has also recommended different vitamins for her which have helped tremendously. What other doctor does this? Recommend to all my friends.

Do your health a favor and find a different provider. This office leaves you hanging.They DO NOT return calls.You are left stuck in limbo. Communication is terrible. It has been 6 wks since I was seen and while they found a couple of other issues, my original problems are still unaddressed . For 3 weeks I have been leaving my name, phone #, Date of birth and reason for my call on the answering machine. I have still yet to receive a return call. I understand the staffing crisis that is widespread but I do feel 3 weeks is plenty of time to return a call. UPDATED - I ended up getting my medical records and asked about the referral I have been calling about and was told there was no referral but reference to it in my records. Page 3 of 10 specifically has my referralls from this appointment with the one I kept calling about and still never received a return call. So frustrating that the ball was dropped and no one could even bother a return call after almost a month of leaving messages.
