I had 1 good visit with Tuazon in 2020. I had a televisit follow up this year to which she never showed up, didn't call or E-mail. They use outside technology apps at Southwest Medical so their patient portal doesn't work and NowClinic is garbage. Their telephone system is awful and the wait times are astronomical. Go elsewhere if possible. Tuazon has too many patients and doesnt care.

I was very satisfied with my appt today. I was a new pt. I was in and out before my appt time, yet she spent plenty of time with me.(I arrived at 1p for a 1:40p appt) She let me read off my list of issues and addressed each one. I received all of my referrals,and went on my way. Very pleased. I look forward to a follow up.
