The doctor himself is knowledgeable but the office worker is not well trained . No cooperation regarding follow up. Once you see the doctor, the service ends. Every time you call they put you on hold. My insurance company has been contacting them for over a month, no response. When they take the call they assured them they will have the doctor sign the paperwork. Call back the person answering the phone says it’s her co worker responsible. Call back the other coworker says it’s the one who answered and she’s not there. This has been going on and so far I have not received a piece of equipment that is vital to my care.

If I could give a negative rating I would !
The Fort Pierce office is horrible. They can’t get the simplest requests correct. Every time I need something I have had to call back a minimum of 4 times. I wouldn’t recommend this office for pet care. In addition the offices are outdated and dirty. The elevator to get to the 3rd floor is a death trap! Dr. Malik was nice but he really needs to get that office in order. If you don’t care about the small things how can I trust you are capable of caring about the big things!!!!! I was just left on hold for 12 minutes! Changing my PCP right now!!!

Incapable uncompassionate worthless staff
Practically impossible to get them to answer they are in capable of providing correct information and you can hear the staff constantly criticizing other patients that are also calling to complain because they did not properly do their job by far the least professional healthcare practice I haven’t ever seen

The Ft Pierce office is horrible girl at front desk is extremely rude it took a big effort on her part to even acknowledge you when you come in I had changed an upcoming office visit to get a teledoc appt so I could get antibiotics for a bad cold I had and was told by the nurse practioner. she would not approve it she offered over the counter meds I could get myself when I called back later before I picked them up I told her one was for allergies that I dont have and would they interact with another med rude girl stated thats what they gave you she knows what she's doing I asked when Dr Malik would be in next and I was told he don't speak to patients I told her I was just going to give my feedback before I switched my Doctor check the tapes if you dont believe my statement I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone.

I've never had so many issues concerning getting approval from my primary care physician for a surgical approval in my life. I've literally had to jump through hoops, numerous phone calls to my pcp, surgeon's office, hospital to make sure they have gotten what they need. I primarily blame my pcp Dr Imran Malik for this nightmare of inefficiency and lack of professionalism on behalf of his entire practice. I still wouldn't know until 3 pm this afternoon. Frustrated is not even close.

Staff refuses to fill out paperwork needed for Short Term Disability. They are horrible at medical billing, follow up, and every thing else. Very incompetent. Will have to hire lawyer to get action I guess, how rude and disrespectful of them to be so controlling and uncooperative

Just moved to Ft Pierce from Boston and chose this Dr. As it was close to my new house . Disgusting filthy office and the staff looks dirty too . Mary the office manager was loud and obnoxious while on the phone . Food at desks and the language ! Not classy , not professional not my idea of medical practice I can trust . I will not return . Saw Dr Once . That’s enough for me

RUN FROM THIS DR OFFICE the staff is who you must go through to obtain results , appointments , and prescriptions . Unfriendly is an understatement. Most incompetent staff. Juvenile behaviour , retaliates by withholding your medical results and will purposely withhold further scripts , important life or death medicine too ! Sad the dr allows this to ruin his reputation . RUN FROM HERE . Office is filthy too

Dr Malik is a great doctor. He listened to my concerns and addressed all my issues. The staff is amazing and answered the phone when I called and when I was put on hold I did have to wait about 3 minutes they apologized and addressed my concern in a timely matter.. My prescriptions are always called in on time and I never have an issue getting a referral. I have been going here for over a year and I will continue to come and send my family.
