Dr Mike Nichols is amazing. He helps people heal themselves through diet, exercise and relaxation. The exercise is intense. The diet is mostly vegetables, but includes meat, poultry, fish, nuts and seeds, but not legumes, starches and sugars. Relaxation is sometimes difficult, especially for people heavily involved in innovative work in Silicon Valley, but it is crucial to success. His knowledge of how the body works is key to his success.
