I am so grateful for Dr. Kim! I went to her for something that many other doctors were certain was a carcinoid tumor. These are very rare, and her expertise on this matter is unparalleled. She was the first to say that she had some doubt about it actually being a carcinoid. Ultimately, pathology would show that it was not a carcinoid. Her doubt set me on the path of choosing the less extensive surgery option. If not for her, I might have had a third of my colon removed for nothing. Her bedside manner is also fantastic. She is an extremely attentive and caring listener, and really seems to want the best for her patients. Thank you so much Dr. Kim!

Referred by my GI specialist to Dr Kim for a consult. She was amazingly caring, listened carefully, very reassuring that the condition is highly manageable, and outlined a protocol in cooperation with my physician.

Very unresponsive. She did not accept my insurance to see her in the office even though she performed a procedure on me. I was thrown to different fellows and assistants who didn't know the reasons for my conditions and were impatient. Can never talk to dr Kim even though she was supervising the fellows who saw me. I guess she's a good doctor if your insurance pays her well. Poor patient accountability. Very disappointed.
