First visit very good. Dr Zuckacht was late coming in but gave each patient all the time they needed. He explained everything and ordered all the tests to help find what is wrong. Yes, I would recommend him.

For the last 6 months we could not figure out why my husband was having his health issues many doctor visits and finally we have someone that is giving us an answer. Thank you Dr Zuflacht so very much. I highly recommend him.

Visits go great with the Dr. The office staff and nurses are a hit and miss most of the time. But you can't let that stop you from seeing a great Dr.

Dr. Michael I Zuflacht has a wealth of knowledge in his area of expertise and has great bed side manner. He takes time to listen and time to explain. He utilizes the whole scheduled visit to productively. I know when I come in to see Dr. Zuflacht, he’s already reviewed the reasons for my coming in and my file. I never feel rushed, and he always asks if I have any other questions and if I do he takes time to explain. He’s awesome. Completely satisfied with my schedule visits.

No problems what so ever with office or staff. Dr. is caring, answers questions and addresses concerns.

I needed a letter saying that i was full duty. I called last week. Their nurse told me to call back this morning from 8-830. Well when i did she was late so was told to call back at 9. When i did she was still late and not sure when she would be there. Finally at 1030 i was able to speak to the nurse and she said as soon as the doctor signs it she will let me know. States he will prob sign in one hour. The doctor was in the office all day today. I wasn't able to go back to work until i have this letter. Finally at 4pm in the afternoon i called back up to the office to see if it was done and the nurse told me that it was done since 12. I lost a whole days pay today and pay for saturday because they couldn't let me know for the MD to sign one signature. Cost me over $1000. They do not care about anyone else whatsoever. The patient's don't mean anything to them. I would highly recommend using another neurologist. Their staff especially Lauren the nurse is very rude and lies.

The office is horrible for those with serious conditions like.ms. find another dr. His staff sucls per the dr..still.same.folks.there and same.piss poor.care.
