My wife had a life threatening illness and he wanted to talk about her going home. She was eventually admitted to ICU.

Grace under pressure
I was receiving treatment, having fallen and lost consciousness. This was due to my alcoholism. The doctor made sure I got all appropriate tests, and was compassionate, despite my combative attitude. Very professional, and also compassionate.
