Why is the wait so long to get my medication
My mom has been waiting for her maintenance medical that she’s been taking for a few years already. When my mom called to see if it was ready, mind. You she’s been waiting for atleast 3-4 days already… and associate by the name of Jessie inform my mom that she has to wait another week.!! This is the same doctor that oversees my dad and never had any follow when my dad came out of the hospital 4 times before he died in May of this year. My mom just wanted her medication so and take it like she suppose to. Mind you my mom is 68 years of age. Then this associate Jessie yells at my mom then hangs up the phone. Why is this doctors office associates so disrespectful?? My mom just wants her medicine??!!! My mom tried calling back and there’s no answer. Will something be done???!!!
