Excellent doctor! One of the few remaining old school type that takes whatever time you need to explain what’s going on and answer all your questions. Very compassionate and truly cares about your own personal well-being. Absolutely no pressure to rush to surgery. Totally leaves it up to if and when you cannot handle the pain any longer and nothing else helping. Takes conservative approach. The best doctor I have found on the Eastern Shore!!

I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE PROCEDURES DONE BY HIS OFFICE WITH NO PROBLEM. HIS OFFICE DOESN'T EVEN DO SHULDER REPLACEMENT SURGERY, HE REFERS OUT FOR THAT. AS FOR MONEY, YOU HAD TO PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR ANYONE TO CHARGE IT. PERHAPS YOU HAD AGREED TO SURGERY AND CANCELLED IT. THERE IS A FEE FOR SX CANCELLATION THAT IS STATED IN THE SURGERY AGREEMENT FORM ALL PT'S SIGN BEOFORE SURGERY IS SET UP. I HAD TO SIGN THE SAME THING-UPFRONT DISCLOSURE SO YOU MUST HAVE AGREED TO IT. SO W HENYOU DIDN'T GET YOUR WAY,YOU LEAVE A BAD REVIEW. HOW PETTY.

Never would I recommend this doctor. Too quick with the knife and too shady with the billing. 7 years later with a second opinion able to avoid a shoulder replacement. He quickly scheduled me for a surgery which I cancelled and never heard a word about untill a $140 charge appeared on my credit report as a negative several years later while trying to obtain a home loan. Nice scam you have going there doc. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COST.

I have had several surgeries performed by Dr. ward and he is beyond competent, very professional, explains everything in detail and spends time making sure he has addressed all my concerns. He personally followed up the next day with a call. Dr Ward shows compassion and consideration. I have been seeing him since 2004 when he opened his practice in Easton Md after leaving practice in New York City. He is a wonderful doctor and the Eastern Shore is fortunate to have him !

He is very down to earth..if you don't understand the medical terms he breaks it down so that you completely understand..he wants you to understand before leaving his office. He takes the time with you, not just in and out, ok we'll see you in such time time. There's a sign that says your wait time maybe longer do to another patient ahead of you..thats because He truely cares about his patients and wants everyone to understand...he knows his job and does it well.

Dr. Ward performed a total knee replacement to my left knee in 1996, using a DBII repalement joint. It is still perfect today and I worked in construction up to 2012, I am now retired at the age of 72. I say thank you Dr. Ward oh by the way I still live in Lindenhurst Long Island, N.Y.
