AVOID THIS DOCTOR, If your on workmen’s Comp
I have seen Dr. Robinson for MANY YEARS now with surgeries performed, I first got him when my doctor left the practice and I rolled into his patient list , not knowing this doctor will purposely not fill out paperwork correctly that ends up costing you big-time in the end with Workmens Comp cases!!!! , I always show up early for my appointments yet ALWAYS wait at least an hour to see him, then once seen it seems rushed especially for the time waited to see him , office can’t seem to keep paper work separated for multiple cases always submitting forms under the wrong claims and then not informing me that I got a negative response back from adjuster until it’s too late for the surgery, and must reschedule, can’t get a straight answer out of Dr. About what’s going on or with %s and future plans of treatment just sets next appointment at least 1 month out try’s for 3 months on occasions. When asked questions my lawyer had me ask he got offended and said he won’t answer those questions

Fantastic team of healthcare professionals
I've had back issues for several years. Over the years Dr. Barry Krauhaar has helped me with numerous back issues and I highly recommend him. On my last few visits to Dr. Kraushaar, he did numerous tests and determined the issue I was having now is different than what he had to address previously. He referred me to Dr. Michael Robinson for pain management. I met with him once where he reviewed my tests. He recommended a procedure that would need to be done twice, and if effective, he would do an ablasion on my back that would be longer lasting. After the first procedure I walked out of the hospital feeling much better with no pain. Relief lasted for 2 months. I had the 2nd procedure done and again I felt incredible relief. Those with back pain know how debilitating it can be. I never expected this level of relief. Dr. Robinson saved my quality of life. His staff at Nyack hospital were also fantastic. They were empathetic and made me feel extremely comfortable. I Highly recommend him!

I have seen Dr Robinson a number of times. He is always very attentive and explains everything.I had radio frequency ablation 7/12/21. My back feels great. The nurses and staff were wonderful. They were very caring and considerate. I highly recommend Ramapo Valley Surgical Center.

I don't know who those other people were reviewing, but it is not the same doctor I know. Dr. Robinson has been treating me for many years now and has always been courteous and professional. He always answers all my questions and I have NEVER felt rushed. The procedures he has performed on my back and neck have helped immensely and I will not hesitate to see him again.

I have been seeing Dr. Robinson for over 15 years. He is an outstanding doctor. He listens, is very helpful, and he never rushes me. Some of the negative comments I've seen here do not at all describe my experience with Dr. Robinson or his staff in Monroe.

I waited 1 hour, 40 minutes to see the doctor. It took 3 days to get my RX to the pharmacy mostly because of poor service and the office not returning calls. They did not submit the spinal injection procedure to my insurance until 3 days before, though it was scheduled a month earlier. Had I not intervened it may not have been approved on time. After the injection did not help, I called. They said the doc would call me. 3 days. No call. I have found a new doc.

Worse M.D. ever! He is condescending, rushes thru appointment without listen to patients needs, office staff is obnoxious. He refuse to call you back or manage pain appropriately. No one calls you back at all and he could care less about the patients needs. Avoid this MD at all costs. He will only waste your time and delay you from getting the help you need.

He fixed me once and got rid of all my pain. Another time he caused pain that was unimaginable. I don't really think he cares at all! Office could be worst in the Western Hemisphere.

First, the dr. He could care less about you! He is condescending and lacks empathy! The wait time has been 3 hours which is beyond reasonable. His medical secretary is as rude as he is. Begged insurance company to let me switch dr. Do yourself a favor Avoid Avoid. He should read his reviews and make adjustments to himself and practice!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Robinson's for several years. He was recommended by a physician I trusted. He rushes through examinations after making me wait at least 30 minutes to see him. He never answers questions directly. If I call and ask for him to call me back, he won't. If you need a prescription refill you better start calling his office at least one week before you run out.

2 hour wait to see a very arrogant doctor. The man clearly is just in it for the money and is not concerned about his patients. He spent almost no time with me during my first visit but I thought that maybe he was just very busy that day. I was wrong. During my second visit it was the same. Long wait with almost no time with the him. He would not answer any questions I had about my injury or his plan for me. He literally left the room while I was asking him a question.

I had to wait hours just to see the man. He rushed in the room and aggressively manipulating my body causing drastic exacubation of my pain. When I told him that he was hurting me and to please not be so rough, he just grunted at me. I asked again and he just said yeah. Then, without notice, he just walked out of the room. He came back 30 minutes later. I asked what happened and he did not answer. Then he told me to come back in 4 weeks without ordering tests, physical therapy, or medication.
