Dr. Michael Parker, MD

Dr. Parker removed a skin tag on my 7 year old son's ear today and that experience was phenomenal. From the staff calling me to schedule, to calling about my insurance, to the in office time, and a staff member called me this afternoon to check in on him and assure me of the on-call number in case he has any problems over the weekend. I am REALLY impressed and grateful for his great care!

AWFUL. I specifically went for ear wax removal; it took less then 3 minutes. I told the nurse ONLY my ears; I don't want to be charged for a FULL ear, nose and throat visit. The "good" Dr. came in; said next to nothing and was gone after said wax removal (I even had to ask to see how much was removed). In any case they billed my Insurance close to $500. After emailing him to discuss, I was given an option by the Office Manager that he would be glad to discuss via a "Video Appointment". Wow! Another BIG Bill! HEY Doc, pick up the phone like a MAN!

Friendly and efficient staff. Dr. Parker is an excellent physician, communicates in understandable terms, and, is patient focused.

After reading good reviews I had great expectations, but was very disappointed. I went in due to nosebleeds and feeling like one side was blocked. I also explained what I was seeing that could have indicated sinus infection. All he said was I had a dry nose and kept talking about he could give me a contact for a dermatologist and Primary care dr. No resolution! I wasted time off work and a copay. I asked stated I had been having issues with allergies and he passed that off and said stop my allergy medicine and get saline gel for a dry nose. I called back up there and asked for the office manager. I had to call back the next day twice to actually get her to come to the phone. She advised she spoke with him and he thought the visit went well and they would not nullify the visit. She stated I could come in for another visit. No Thanks!!!! I was not heard or helped. I am not one to complain or share bad reviews, but felt I should share.

Nose Bleed. Dr Parker was able to resolve the issue. Excellent care.

Excellent Doctor, explains clearly and works efficiently......

Dr. Parker is very professional and truly cares for his patients. He is kind, gentle and even has a sense of humor. His staff are all very responsive and always treat me with kindness. I would recommend him above all ENT and allergists in the area.

I hate going to the Dr. Any Doctors! I have a strong White Coat fear. I always have. After seeing Dr. Parker, he immediately made me feel comfortable and listened to. He takes his time to explain everything so that you understand and he is not at all judgmental.
