I usually do not look forward to going to my doctor until I started going to Dr. O'Neal! He really takes his time with you and explains thinks so you understand! I feel like I am speaking with a friend, I would highly recommend. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

He talked me into doing a genetic test and told me not to worry about cost. He said that molecular lab would bill insurance and write off whatever wasn't covered. They still made me sign a consent for this. Well, I received a bill for $800.00! When I tried to call the office, Dr ONeil refused to talk to me. His nurse Dee told me the I was not the only patient this happened too. Long story short I still have to pay this bill.

NEGATIVE ZERO to the infinity rating. Comes across as little boy (with intellect to match) playing at being doctor. $1,500 for the concierge plan and still he became petulant when asked to complete Insurance form and made me come in for an appointment so he could fill out the form while I sat there. I sufferfrom severe pain due to neurological damage and he argued that I should not have difficulty lifting things since damage in spine and I lift with my arms. No lie, really dumb! Stay away!

Extremly Knowledgeable , takes time to hear you out , does not want to just prescribe you something and send you on your way. Best and First doctor I have ever seen that has made me feel comfortable while actually helping me.
