Dr. Kervin Doctor, MD

I was surprised the wait time wasn't too long and the staff was very friendly and professional. The Doctor was not in a hurry and took time to make sure all my questions were answered.

For each of my 3 visits (2 in person, 1 telehealth), I had to wait over an hour between the nurse triaging me and the doctor beginning her exam. No updates, explanations, nor apologies, as if to convey waiting 70 minutes in a paper gown is standard there. All 3 appt's were in the AM so it wasn't like she had all day to end up behind schedule. I've been to other TGMG sites, even ones with higher patient volume, and 1 hour + waits are not standard. It's just Dr. Doctor not being considerate of her patients' time.

She gives you 15 minutes for a visit and have to wait 3 months in between visit. Staff is not great

Dr. Doctor is always so pleasant during visits. She listens to me and displays receptiveness to work with me and make changes when needed.

Excellent doctor! Dr kervin was thorough, understood my situation and methodically and comprehensively explained all my options and suggested the ideal way to resolve my complaints. I am 60 plus and have had to consult quite a few doctors in my time. I can confidently say that I will not be changing doctors now that I have had the good fortune to consult with Dr Kervin

This was the first primary care visit that I've left crying. After waiting for more than an hour, she didn't listen to what I was saying. I came in for rectal bleeding when I walk, and she told me to diet, exercise, and to redo a diabetes test, when I just had one done a few months ago. Otherwise, she wouldn't update my chart. When I mentioned to her about the exercise and bleeding, highlighting that she wasn't listening, she said to me "every time?" Even if I bled from my butt half of the time when exercising, I'm not going to intentionally exercise until it's fixed! The rude nurse gave me referrals for the wrong specialty. I was looking for help resolving my health issues, not some generic advice to fat people. I would say that this isn't a great provider if you need actual help or are overweight or obese. You won't get good care. I know that I need to find a new primary care provider after this appointment, but I'm not sure how to weed out doctors like this.

I was there for over an hour & 15 mins. Left in exam room for 35 of those mins waiting to see dr no one came in & checked on me or to tell me what was taking so long. So I left. This is not the first time either. Doctor is not personable. Uncaring & dismissive.

To repeat my last evaluation: Great service. Highly recommended. Also, the specialists she recommends are also great.

Dr. Doctor was punctual and courteous. She did not rush and answered all of my questions. She did a great job.

This visit was just to introduce myself. She asked questions and made notes and recommendations. I felt like it was a productive visit.

Dr. Doctor, as usual, was responsive to my needs, questions and concerns. She is friendly, a true professional and consistently demonstrates a caring for her patients.

Well run office, great first impression. Reasonable wait time, friendly staff, and thorough review of my history for first visit. Dr. Doctor was smart, approachable, and explained the standard tests she was ordering and why. Would recommend.
