Told Me I Am Too Old To Run!
I hate to leave negative rating for another Hmong, nevertheless, my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Michael Moua for a few years. He has the worst bedside manners. He has NEVER used a-stethoscope nor any medical instruments to check on any medical concern we may have for coming in to see him. We ignorantly tolerated this because it was convenient. An example of his care. I am an older female and I still like to run or jog for exercise. I also run marathons. I injured one of my hip flexer and went to him. He rudely told me that I am too old to run and I should stop running! Shouldn't he encourage me to continue exercising and try to help me with my injury??! He has moved to another location and NO ONE contacted us. We are definitely not going to follow him to the new clinic. Will be seeking a new medical practice comes open enrollment.

Sorry Excuse for a Doctor

Save time and energy and express your medical concerns to a brick wall. This man couldn’t be less helpful if he tried.

Very unprofessional, complains he's too busy to accept me as a new patient and I should return to my previous doctor. Rude, not understanding, condescending. If it weren't for Hmong patients, you would be out of business "DR" Moua!!!! Learn some respect and customer service if not retire!

He is very unprofessional. He talks condescendingly to patient and doesn’t listen to patient’s concern. During Covid, I had a phone visit with him. He hung up on me rudely while we were talking. I changed doctor right after the bad experience.
